Overview

Vidula is an accomplished attorney whose practice focuses on education, employment, and general corporate matters.  With nearly twelve years of combined law firm and in-house experience, she has established herself as a trusted business partner who provides practical and creative solutions to complex problems.  Her clients have included Fortune 500 companies, small business owners, nonprofits, state, federal and tribal entities, and everything in between.

Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Vidula served as the Assistant General Counsel for the world’s largest Goodwill, which operates an Arizona charter school, and the Head of Legal for an education services provider. Vidula’s background as in-house counsel equips her with a keen understanding of the challenges schools and other businesses encounter. This perspective enables her to tackle legal issues effectively while prioritizing solutions that align with her clients’ objectives. She excels at navigating the complexities of business operations and providing tailored advice that drives results, making her an essential partner in achieving success.

Vidula graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. She maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on immigration matters, and was recognized in 2020 as The Florence Immigrant & Refugee Rights Project’s Children’s Attorney of the Year.
