Osborn Maledon, P.A. has selected Theresa Rassas, a litigator at the firm, as its 2023 Fellow to the prestigious Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). At the same time, the firm named Michael Price, also a litigator, as a member of the LCLD 2023 class of Pathfinders and Kevin Garcia, a law student, as a participant of the LCLD 2023 1L Scholars Program.
The LCLD Fellows Program is a landmark program dedicated to identifying, training, and advancing the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. The Pathfinder Program is designed to train high-performing, early-career attorneys in critical career development strategies, including leadership and the building of professional networks. The 1L Scholars Program offers opportunities to diverse first-year law students to work side-by-side LCLD Members providing them with valuable professional experiences in leadership through introductions to the value of relationships and building networks.
Rassas focuses on appeals, employment law, government and regulatory law, as well as commercial litigation. Price is a commercial litigator who also practices campaign finance and election law and government and regulatory law. Garcia is a rising second-year law student at the Sandra Day O’Conner College of Law at Arizona State University.
