Scott Rodgers Named New Managing Partner of Osborn Maledon

Scott Rodgers, an attorney who specializes in employment law and commercial litigation, has been named the new managing partner of Osborn Maledon, P.A. Rodgers succeeds Jones Osborn, a real estate attorney who was in the role since the firm’s beginning.

Rodgers has headed Osborn Maledon’s employment law practice since the firm was founded, in 1995. He has represented management in a broad range of employment litigation in state and federal court.
