Osborn Maledon, P.A. announces new attorney
Josh Bendor, an attorney whose practice focuses on litigation, has joined the Phoenix law firm, Osborn Maledon, P.A.
Bendor clerked for Judge Andrew D. Hurwitz, U.S. Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit, and previously was the Limon Legal Fellow for the ACLU of Arizona. He also clerked for Judge Paul A. Engelmayer, U.S. District Court, Southern District of New York, and has held legal internships, including in the ACLU Immigrants’ Rights Project, ACLU of Northern California, and the San Francisco City Attorney’s Office. He was a confidential assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Education, where he worked to develop Race to the Top, a $4.3 billion competitive grant program.
He received his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
