Osborn Maledon P.A. announces 3 new associate

Three new associates–Emma Cone-Roddy, Phillip Londen, and Joshua Whitaker–recently joined the Phoenix law firm of Osborn Maledon. All three litigators are former clerks for judges on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.

Cone-Roddy clerked for Judge Mary M. Schroeder. Londen and Whitaker each clerked for Judge Andrew Hurwitz. Londen also clerked for Judge David Campbell, and Whitaker also clerked for Judge Neil Wake, both judges on the U.S. District Court, District of Arizona.

Cone-Roddy, a graduate of The University of Chicago Law School, also served as a fellow at the Legal Council for Health Justice, where she focused on Medicaid regulations. Her practice will focus on commercial litigation, appellate law and regulatory law.

Londen, a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, previously served as a volunteer English teacher for World Teach in China and worked as a paralegal before entering law school. He will practice appellate law, commercial litigation, employment law, and political law/campaign finance and election law.

Whitaker, a Harvard Law School graduate, previously worked as an intern at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office and was an English and history teacher before entering law school. He will practice appellate law, commercial litigation, employment law, ethics and professional liability, government and regulatory law, and investigations, and criminal defense.
