Osborn Maledon announces addition of attorney Oscar R. Lopez

Osborn Maledon recently announced that Oscar R. Lopez, a corporate business attorney with experience in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate financing, has joined the firm as an associate.

Prior to joining Osborn Maledon, Lopez was an associate attorney with Polsinelli PC in Phoenix.

A graduate of The George Washington University Law School in Washington, D.C., he received his bachelor of applied science degree from Northern Arizona University, where he majored in justice administration. While in law school, he served as a summer associate with W.L. Gore & Associates in Delaware.

A native of Yuma, he also previously worked in the Yuma County Attorney’s Office.

Lopez is a member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the Greater Phoenix Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce.
