Mary O’Grady elected member of the American Law Institute
Mary O’Grady is one of 59 lawyers nationwide recently elected members of the American Law Institute (ALI). She will assist with the organization’s work of clarifying the law through restatements, principles, and model codes.
O’Grady’s practice focuses on appeals, civil litigation, and administrative law. As a former Solicitor General for the State of Arizona, she has a unique breadth of experience with public law issues and a reputation as a distinguished litigator. Her work has included 10 cases that the U.S. Supreme Court heard on the merits.
ALI is the leading independent organization in the U.S. producing scholarly work to clarify, modernize and improve the law.
