Christina C. Rubalcava

Christina focuses her wide-ranging practice on commercial litigation, employment litigation, and criminal defense. She also is a committed attorney and advocate on various pro bono matters, including significant work with the Arizona Justice Project.

Before joining Osborn Maledon, Christina was a judicial clerk for the Honorable David G. Campbell of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. Christina graduated in 2008 from Stanford Law School, where she served as an Executive Board Member and Sources and Citations Editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review and as the Assistant Senior Editor of the Stanford Journal of Law, Business & Finance. While a law student, she also worked with Stanford's Community Law Clinic, assisting low-income residents of East Palo Alto with landlord tenant and expungement matters. Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in 2004 from Arizona State University, graduating summa cum laude with a dual degree in Spanish and Political Science. She also is fluent in Spanish.

When not practicing law, Christina enjoys spending time with her husband, Juan, and their three young boys, Isaac, Patrick, and Nicholas, and she remains active in her church and community. In her free time, Christina also enjoys Jane Austen novels, wine tasting, and visiting local farmers' markets.
