About AZAPP

AZAPP is a web log, or "blog," that provides a thorough, up-to-date, and efficient resource to stay abreast of significant developments concerning civil cases in Arizona's appellate courts - the two Divisions of the Arizona Court of Appeals and the Arizona Supreme Court. AZAPP provides links to and timely summaries of all published civil decisions from these courts, as well as links to news articles dealing with all types of cases. Occasionally, other categories of cases before Arizona's appellate courts and cases before other appellate courts that involve Arizona law receive coverage.

AZAPP is maintained by Osborn Maledon PA's appellate group, which prepares and obtains content using the appeals courts' web sites, online media such as azcentral.com, and other public sources. Although AZAPP is not a discussion blog, comments and other input relevant to matters that have been (or could be) covered on AZAPP are welcome, and will sometimes lead to additional postings (although attribution will only be noted with the contributor's permission).
