Shannon L. Overcash
Shannon was elected to membership at Osborn Maledon in 2007. She is a member of the Business; Mergers, Acquisitions and Strategic Transactions; General Counsel Services; Venture Capital, Angel Financings and Private Placements; and Emerging Ventures practice groups. Shannon's strong leadership and management skills have benefited her clients in critical matters ranging from complex mergers and acquisitions transactions to significant commercial contracts to general corporate counseling. Shannon has contributed her broad transactional experience to clients representing a range of industries including software development companies, other startup technology companies, insurance companies and manufacturers.
Before joining Osborn Maledon, Shannon began her practice in Davis Wright Tremaine, LLP's Portland, Oregon office. While an associate at this national law firm, Shannon's practice focused on complex mergers and acquisitions and other general corporate matters.
Outside of the office, Shannon is a leader in our community, serving on the Board of the Phoenix Public Library Foundation.
